You provide the space (in the privacy of your home) and the desire to become fit, and I'll bring the gym to you. Each workout will be different; so, the equipment that I bring will vary from time to time, but you can be sure that I will have everything that you need for your workout.

I will also help by guiding you through what to do on the days that we are not training together. You will get helpful information as it relates to cardiovascular exercise and nutrition.

Individual Personal training

Through individual personal training, you will receive one-on-one attention and guidance in a private setting. Fitness Assessments:

The best way to determine whether or not your fitness program is helping you reach your fitness goals is through a thorough fitness assessment. My individual fitness training clients receive fitness assessments monthly. As your personal trainer, it is important for me to know how you are doing as it relates to your flexibility, muscular strength, endurance, body fat composition, weight loss or gain, and cardiovascular fitness.

Buddy Training

Wanting to train with a friend or family member? Have a few neighbors who would like to exercise together? This is a great option for those who need a little extra encouragement. Call to arrange a time that I can meet with you and your workout partner(s). We will discuss your needs, goals and anticipated workout schedule so that I can better provide exact pricing.

YWI Remote

If you have the equipment and place to workout with the individual discipline to do it but need some guidance, YWI Remote is for you. I will personally develop an individualized strength and cardiovascular training program for you based on your goals and individual fitness level.
